What areas do you service?
We currently operate in major urban areas. When you download the app, you can enter your address to check if we service your location.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per item and depends on the service you select (Wash Only, Wash & Iron, Dry Clean, etc.). You'll see the total cost before confirming your order.
What if I'm not home for pickup or delivery?
You can leave special instructions in the app for where to pick up or drop off your laundry. Many customers leave their laundry with a doorman or in a secure location.
How do I pay for the service?
