By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Description
FreshFold provides laundry and dry cleaning services through our mobile application and website. We offer pickup, cleaning, and delivery services for various clothing and household items. The specific services available may vary by location.
5. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order through our Services, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for the services you requested. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Payment must be made using the methods available on our platform. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate.
6. Pickup and Delivery
You agree to be present at the specified address during the scheduled pickup and delivery times. If you are not available, we may charge a rescheduling fee. We are not responsible for any items that are not properly secured or clearly identified for pickup.
7. Service Quality and Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that all stains or damage will be removed from your items. We are not liable for:
- Damage due to the poor condition of items prior to cleaning
- Normal wear and tear of fabrics
- Color loss or fabric damage due to improper dyeing or manufacturing defects
- Damage to items that are not suitable for standard cleaning methods
- Loss or damage to items left in pockets or attached to clothing
Our liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual value of the item, or (b) five times the cost of the cleaning service for that item.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by FreshFold and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
- Use our Services to transmit any harmful code or material
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our Services or the information, content, or materials included therein.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreshFold be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
